Colebee

ADOPTION PENDING!!!!

Colebee is a 4-year-old brown and white slightly broken coat male, long legged boy with an undocked tail weighing about 19 pounds. This beautiful Jack came from the breeder hoarding situation in New Jersey named the “188” Jack Russell/Parson terriers. In their prime, this breeder had two jacks win at Westminster. Jacks Galore, back in 2019, was part of the rescue team that took in 16 of these dogs and rehomed them.

This JRT is currently not with Jacks Galore, but we are acting as an intermediary looking to help rehome him. This lovely Jack Russell currently lives in New Jersey on a farm.

Adopted in July 2019 when he was a puppy, Colebee grew bolder over time. Now unfortunately he and the other male Terrier in the home are no longer getting along and their disagreements have become an aggressive problem. According to the owner, it would probably be best if Colebee were an only dog. We believe that a submissive female and a JRT experienced home would probably work very well.

Described to us as extremely sweet, very loyal and as one can see from the pictures, very handsome. High energy and active, Colebee enjoys farm life and swimming in the lake in warm weather. A dog that is very much loved, extremely well behaved and housetrained. The family is heartbroken, but the other terrier mix in the home is a senior and rehoming Colebee is the best possibility for the two dogs to live peaceably.
