Diesel is a 7-year-old male tri color, smooth coat shorty. Diesel came in with his roommate Purl when their owner passed away; sadly, no family member was able to keep them. The daughter drove them here to us at the rescue where we gladly took them in.
Diesel is a delightfully energetic, high energy, very prey driven JRT. He rides beautifully in the car, is crate trained, housetrained and very well behaved.
Diesel lives well with his roommate, but will most likely be best as an only dog if they go to different homes.
This Jack Russell needs lots of exercise. Enjoying long walks during which he is very attentive and constantly searching for critters on the way. Walking with a great stride for many miles, but best of all he is an absolute ball fanatic. Chasing to retrieve nonstop on the agility field, returning it, and doing it all over again until YOU get tired.
Very sweet, very affectionate but also very independent when it comes to searching for things to hunt.
