Dapper DeeOgee (DOG)

ADOPTED!!!   DOG went home to live among the cranberry bogs of MA, our second jack who will enjoy the water and the wide open spaces of this rural landscape.  Deeogee, now named Denny, will enjoy the company of his very own retired companion, who he will accompany for long walks on the country roads, hang out in the yard, sit on his lap or enjoy the busy days of having human company.  Mom is a kayaker, and we hear DOG has already declared the water cool; so there will be many outings on the lakes that surround his new forever home.  A constant companion for two marvelous roommates who adore the breed and have only known them, to grace their lives.  DOG has scored well and as he leaves behind a well loved life, he has stepped into another of equal measure.  Happy paddling Denny, may the water lap the shore in your dreams.

This stunningly handsome, unbelievably friendly shorty jack, whose black face mask shimmers in the light with piercingly attentive eyes, is a delight to behold.  DeeOgee is a 5 ½ year old black and white smooth coat male who comes to us looking for an active home.

He was brought by a local woman who had to move and was unable to take him with her, she mournfully parted with her dear jack.  This little pistol is a delight: a jack who likes other dogs, is housebroken, and is good about his crate to sleep in (but will also gladly share your bed).  This stunner had a cat in his life as well – so Jacks Galore thinks – the perfect jack!!

He enjoys long casual walks where he can sniff the important news of the day, watch for critters in stone walls and just stand and survey and listen to his surroundings.  Playing with other dogs is high on the enjoyment barometer and he’s friendly with all and very polite with his four legged friends.  Vocal upon greeting people and asking to be loved, he has a spark of happiness pleasing to the soul.  This jack makes you smile, he loves to stretch his legs high in the air like a ballet dancer upon marking his path, and turns to smile as if to acknowledge to you that he has left a very important message for the next dog to read.

He likes to ride in the car and is quiet while observing the outdoors, and seems to take it for granted that he is going somewhere fun.  A catch if we ever saw one, DeeOgee is ready for you to take him home so he can have a family again; and if you can match those dance moves he’ll leap in your arms with a twinkle in his eye.
